This Double Ball float measures 4 1/2 inches in diameter.  The Inner Ball is approximately 1 inch wide and is completely sealed.

There's a Tokui 特 maker's mark on the seal but it's been sucked in.  These types of partial marks happen quite often with marked double ball floats.
